Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning independent agency in South Manchester that is expanding its digital team. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will own multi‑channel paid campaigns, work closely with the Head of Digital and act as the go‑to expert for Paid Social, search and programmatic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube) and Amazon.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies and audience targeting while conducting regular performance audits.
• Produce commercially focused reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client services to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.
• Leverage AI tools daily to enhance workflow and campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta and LinkedIn Ads at scale; TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of at least two Google Ads formats (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube).
• Comfortable using GA4 for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to take a campaign from brief through optimisation to final reporting.
• Open to agency or in‑house background and curious about AI adoption.
