Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast‑growing FMCG challenger brand that is scaling from £5m to £25m in the next five years. The brand is a certified B Corp and has been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. You will own the Shopify channel, drive CRM and loyalty initiatives, and coordinate Amazon and performance‑marketing agency activities.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Shopify e‑commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and conversion.
• Manage the CRM system and loyalty programme, using data to improve customer retention.
• Oversee the Amazon marketplace strategy and collaborate with the external performance‑marketing agency.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Analyse campaign results, produce insights, and adjust tactics to meet growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing paid ads on Meta and Google.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms.
