Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

A growing health and social care provider is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. The role is hybrid, offering genuine flexibility around working hours, and you will own the digital presence to drive private client enquiries and care staff recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer the current outsourced website to an in‑house platform (WordPress, Wix or Squarespace) and manage hosting, domains and site speed.
• Optimise local SEO, landing page conversion rates and overall site performance.
• Develop and run PPC and organic campaigns targeting private clients and local authority referrals.
• Create empathetic content, video testimonials and staff spotlights; manage daily social media activity.
• Run targeted recruitment campaigns for care staff on Facebook, Instagram, Indeed and TikTok.
• Promote community involvement, charity events and industry awards through digital channels.
• Track and report monthly KPIs such as cost per enquiry, cost per hire and website conversion rates.
• Ensure all digital assets comply with GDPR, CQC, local authority and NHS transparency requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in a regulated service sector such as health or social care.
• Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Level 4‑6) is a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in website creation, CMS management, hosting and domain setup.
• Strong copywriting ability to write empathetically for families, stakeholders and job‑seekers.

• Salary £40,000–£45,000 per year (pro‑rata, negotiable)
