Digital Marketing Manager – London

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow the online presence of a fast‑growing healthy food & drinks company in London. You will own the brand’s digital strategy, drive cross‑channel campaigns and work closely with the wider marketing team to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organisation’s digital brand strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Design, launch and optimise cross‑channel campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and community growth.
• Brief and manage agency partners for paid media, organic social and content creation.
• Plan, schedule and publish platform‑specific content, build influencer relationships and foster audience interaction.
• Analyse performance data, CRM insights and media metrics to improve ROI and inform future strategy.
• Utilise paid media tools, SEO, CRM platforms and CMS to enhance digital effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience within FMCG or wellness brands.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
• Experience managing external agencies and delivering high‑impact content.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Passion for food and healthy lifestyle.
