Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a globally recognised engineering and professional services organisation. Working within a global social media team, you will create and manage engaging digital content for the UK & Ireland market, supporting integrated campaigns and regional marketing priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule and maintain social media calendars aligned with regional goals.
• Support and optimise paid social media campaigns.
• Build and update landing pages and website content using CMS platforms, applying basic HTML.
• Monitor performance, analyse metrics and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver digital elements of integrated marketing plans.
• Ensure all digital activity complies with brand guidelines and governance standards.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or digital communications.
• Experience delivering B2B digital campaigns, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and detail‑oriented.
