Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our in‑house software products, client projects and overall brand. The role sits at the intersection of product, sales, design and development, helping to generate leads, raise brand awareness and support business growth across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for products, services and client projects.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms.
• Create and manage lead‑generation programmes to fuel business development.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content, email and social‑media marketing activities.
• Produce engaging content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, videos and social posts.
• Maintain and optimise company and client websites to improve traffic and conversion rates.
• Support product launches and digital solution promotions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and project managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and deliver actionable reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a technology, software or B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
