About the role

Pretty Pragmatic is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive organic growth for its clients. You will work within a collaborative strategy team, turning data insights into actionable marketing plans that improve website performance and search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic reviews of clients' digital performance and SEO health.
• Perform website analysis, keyword research and identify new traffic opportunities.
• Develop and present SEO strategies, content plans and digital project roadmaps.
• Utilise Google Analytics (GA4) and Semrush data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Brief copywriters and designers on content and campaign development.
• Oversee the rollout of content plans and monitor performance metrics.
• Report findings and advise on improvements to boost business results.

Required profile

• Experience in an in‑house marketing role or agency setting managing organic search performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to clients.
• Curious, hands‑on, and eager to learn new techniques.
