Digital Marketing & Website Manager

About the role

Rhug Estate and its luxury organic skincare brand Rhug Wild Beauty are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Manager to own and grow their online presence. Based in North Wales, you will work closely with senior leadership and a small marketing team to shape the digital strategy for both brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update content on rhug.co.uk (WordPress Bedrock) and rhugwildbeauty.com (Shopify), including product pages, editorial pieces, landing pages and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Plan, launch and optimise email marketing and paid social campaigns.
• Coordinate technical development and website enhancements with the external agency, then transition day‑to‑day site management in‑house.
• Set performance targets, monitor analytics, and report on traffic, engagement and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a proven track record in digital marketing for consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable collaborating with creative teams and external partners.
