Digital Performance Coordinator

About the role
Digital channels are central to how we connect with prospective learners. As a Digital Performance Coordinator you will use data, insight and experimentation to maximise the impact of paid and organic campaigns for University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support paid search and display activities, ensuring proper setup and ongoing optimisation.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including targeting, ad creation, budget pacing and performance monitoring.
- Track key metrics such as CPA, CTR, reach and conversions and implement improvements.
- Oversee organic social scheduling, engagement and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with email, content and web teams to deliver integrated, on‑brand campaigns.
- Analyse performance data, produce insights and recommend actions.
- Run A/B tests and explore new tools, including AI‑driven features.
- Ensure all digital activity complies with brand, accessibility and regulatory standards.
- Work with external partners or agencies when required.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns, especially paid social and PPC.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and full‑funnel digital marketing principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and communicate insights clearly.
- Proactive, test‑and‑learn approach to continuous improvement.
