About the role

The Digital Product Innovation Owner will lead a cross‑functional delivery squad within a global business consultancy. Based in London with flexible remote options, the role bridges business and technology, driving digital product delivery, experimentation and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an Agile delivery squad (developers, testers, solution designers, UX/UI) and run all Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product delivery from idea generation through to handover to the Product Manager, typically within 6‑7 month cycles.
• Identify and evaluate innovation ideas, build proofs of concept and prototypes, and support business case creation.
• Act as the primary interface with senior stakeholders, shaping digital and technology strategy, prioritisation, tool selection and roadmap planning.
• Navigate competing priorities across multiple service lines and manage political/resource‑sharing dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product delivery, prototyping and proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery squads and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong fluency in Agile methodologies, preferably with Scrum qualifications.
• Comfort discussing technology concepts (including AI) with technical teams and business leaders.
