Digital Project Manager – Agency

About the role

Proctor + Stevenson, a leading creative agency in Bristol, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to oversee the delivery of client digital platforms. The role bridges technical development, creative design and client partnership to ensure projects are launched on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, defining scope, timelines, budgets and delivery plans.
• Coordinate internal teams – developers, designers and external partners – through sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews and status meetings.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through launch, optimisation and after‑care.
• Facilitate testing, quality assurance and user acceptance testing, and manage content migration when required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and manage expectations.
• Spot opportunities for platform improvements, contribute to forecasting and ensure the commercial health of projects and retainers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital projects in an agency or client‑services environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑facing attitude, capable of understanding business goals and delivering commercial solutions.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
