About the role
The Digital Retail & E‑Commerce Manager will lead the end‑to‑end online experience for the UK, South Africa and Ireland markets. Working within a four‑person team and reporting to senior leadership, you will drive traffic, optimise the website and app, and ensure seamless integration with in‑store services such as click‑and‑collect and live shopping.
Key responsibilities
- Drive quality traffic to the website through paid search, SEO and CRM campaigns.
- Manage relationships with agencies to deliver dynamic adverts, set KPI targets and optimise performance weekly.
- Develop and execute SEO strategy to maximise organic visibility on Google and Bing.
- Support email marketing and CRM initiatives, including planning, segmentation and A/B testing.
- Produce weekly and monthly trade analytics using sales data, Google Analytics and Content Square.
- Forecast digital revenue based on historical data, trends and upcoming plans.
- Oversee operational projects, user‑experience testing and order‑fulfilment tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to monitor performance, manage cut‑off dates and ensure high client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Experience managing a full e‑commerce lifecycle across multiple markets.
- Ability to work in an innovation‑focused environment and deliver results at pace.
- Strong collaboration skills with finance, supply chain, client services and retail networks.
