Digital Support Apprentice

About the role

QA Scotland is supporting a Glasgow‑based employer seeking a Digital Support Apprentice. The role involves assisting colleagues with digital applications, primarily through handling enquiries and supporting the company CRM system while progressing towards becoming the go‑to person for that system.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging telephone enquiries and taking notes.
• Logging enquiries into the company CRM system and confirming actions by email.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to support digital applications.
• Developing into the go‑to person for the CRM system.

Required profile

• Polite and professional manner.
• Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
