Digital Systems Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Systems Accountant to support the rollout and post‑implementation support of finance and digital systems across Lush’s global business. Acting as the bridge between Finance and Digital, you will ensure systems are fit for purpose, enable accurate reporting and adapt to evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Finance during system implementations, upgrades and integrations, translating requirements into specifications.
• Lead data migration, chart of accounts design, workflow setup, testing and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain financial accuracy of postings in line with accounting standards and ensure reconciliation speed.
• Develop and maintain system architecture maps, data flows and produce financial reports/dashboard using Power BI.
• Provide troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and resolve system issues, while managing the finance systems backlog.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or finalist.
• Proven experience delivering finance systems implementations (full lifecycle or post‑go‑live).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management skills.
