Digital Systems Manager

About the role

We are a growing engineering‑focused business seeking a hands‑on Digital Systems Manager to own our digital landscape. This role sits at the crossroads of technology and operations, driving the adoption of AI and automation across day‑to‑day activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business workflows.
• Embed AI capabilities such as Copilot and AI Builder into core processes.
• Support and evolve the ERP implementation to match operational needs.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, ERP and other platforms for seamless data flow.
• Develop reporting and data visualisation to aid decision‑making.
• Lead the adoption of automation and AI across the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to improve system usage.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Experience building automations and improving business processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or AI Builder.
• Systems‑mindset with the ability to connect tools, data and workflows.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working directly with stakeholders.
