Digital Trading Assistant

About the role

The Digital Trading Assistant will support the day‑to‑day management, trading and optimisation of Topshop.com and its European counterpart across all devices. Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager, you will help shape the customer journey, balance commercial and brand priorities and drive conversion on both the Topshop sites and ASOS.com channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute homepage and navigation updates for all sites and devices.
• Manage onsite search configuration and continuously improve the search experience across markets.
• Own the product‑listing‑page (PLP) and visual‑merchandising strategy rollout.
• Lead CRM cadence by selecting products and providing links for email campaigns.
• Maintain website standards to maximise performance and customer journey.
• Produce trade reports using customer‑engagement tools and analyse data to optimise journeys.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to prioritise category expansion.
• Support trade events, campaign launches, new feature rollouts and digital product initiatives.
