Digital Trading Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Trading Lead to own the day‑to‑day performance of a multi‑channel fashion retailer’s online business. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape strategy, optimise existing digital assets and drive profitable growth across ecommerce, marketplace and social commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce P&L, driving revenue, margin and profitable online growth.
• Lead the digital trading strategy across multiple Shopify sites, optimising merchandising, customer journeys, conversion rates and average order value.
• Analyse trading performance, identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising to maximise product performance and seasonal opportunities.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition initiatives across paid social, Meta, TikTok and emerging digital channels.
• Explore social commerce opportunities, including creator content and TikTok commerce.
• Manage third‑party marketplace performance and identify automation or AI‑driven efficiencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital trading or ecommerce leadership within a fashion or retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership and influencing strategy.
• Track record of delivering revenue and margin growth across multiple digital channels.
