Digital Trading Manager – eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Trading Manager to join the newly formed Topshop & Topman team within ASOS. You will own the online trading strategy for Topshop.com, driving conversion and revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as conversion, product views, exit rates and funnel metrics.
• Identify high‑impact trading opportunities and translate insights into clear actions.
• Own onsite conversion performance, removing friction points across navigation, merchandising and content.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimise landing pages, navigation, product ranking and promotional messaging.
• Tailor the product proposition by market using customer and competitor insights.
• Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to support commercial targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Performance & Insights teams to align onsite activity with traffic‑driving campaigns.
• Line‑manage a team of two, ensuring effective prioritisation and execution.

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of improving online conversion.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
