Digital Trading Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK omnichannel retailer to hire a Digital Trading Manager based in Yeovil (hybrid). Reporting to the Senior Digital Trading Manager, you will own the digital trading strategy for key product categories across web and app, driving revenue, conversion and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital trading performance for multiple product categories across ecommerce channels.
• Develop and execute category trading strategies to increase revenue, conversion and engagement.
• Analyse trading data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, CRM, pricing and supply‑chain teams to optimise campaigns and customer journeys.
• Execute seamless promotional activity on web and app and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Lead and develop a Digital Trader, supporting their performance and development.

Required profile

• 2+ years of digital trading experience in a retail ecommerce environment.
• Proven ability to manage category performance, trading plans and promotional activity.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and ecommerce reporting tools.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight.

• Salary £45,000‑£60,000 per year plus up to 20% bonus.
