Dior Ambassador – Beauty Consultant

About the role

Join the House of Dior as a Beauty Consultant, also known as a Dior Ambassador. You will embody Dior’s values, deliver an unforgettable client experience, and help the brand achieve its sales targets while promoting the iconic French luxury image.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper for Dior beauty products.
• Identify client needs, propose personalized offers, and cross‑sell complementary items.
• Maintain high‑standard service throughout the sales process following the D.I.O.R. method.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with existing and new clients, recording data in the CRM system.
• Utilise Dior Connect and IPOS tools to drive traffic, loyalty and client engagement.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper merchandising, and handle cash‑register operations when required.
• Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines, attendance policies and corporate rules.

Required profile

• Passion for the Dior brand and luxury beauty industry.
• Strong client‑centric attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet defined sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to Dior’s visual and service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client data management.
• Experience using Dior Connect and IPOS retail tools.
