Direct Response Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Direct Response Marketing Specialist to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand. You will combine creativity with analytics to launch, monitor and optimise Direct Response TV (DRTV) and print advertising campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day delivery of DRTV and print campaigns.
• Assist with campaign planning, launches and creative development.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with media agencies to optimise TV airtime and print placements.
• Run A/B tests and creative experiments to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, response rates and conversions.
• Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Help with budgeting and spend tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships with agency partners and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.

Required profile

• Analytical and commercially minded with a passion for performance marketing.
• Experience in direct response, performance or campaign marketing.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude towards testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
