Direct Sales Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing connectivity business as a Direct Sales Executive. You will work with SME owners to understand their phone and broadband needs, propose tailored solutions and drive revenue through uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable connectivity solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Manage your sales pipeline using the company’s CRM tools.

Required profile

• Driven sales professional who enjoys speaking with business owners.
• Thrives on hitting targets and achieving realistic OTE of £40,000+.
• Motivated by uncapped commission and career progression.
