Director of Brand Marketing

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing founder‑led consumer scale‑up that is building one of the UK’s next category‑defining brands. The Director of Brand Marketing will own the brand strategy, storytelling and long‑term equity, working alongside a Growth Director who leads performance marketing, ecommerce and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute brand positioning and strategy.
• Develop founder storytelling and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Lead product innovation, launches and go‑to‑market plans.
• Create and oversee creative campaigns, content and visual identity.
• Manage partnerships, PR, community engagement and brand collaborations.
• Build long‑term brand equity and foster deep customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a consumer brand transformation or repositioning.
• Track record of launching breakthrough consumer products or propositions.
• Ability to build founder authority and brand credibility.
• Experience creating culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships or collaborations.
• Background scaling a modern, founder‑led consumer brand through rapid growth.
