Director of Leadership Development

About the role

BTS is seeking a Director of Leadership Development to shape senior‑management capabilities for Global 100 and 500 companies. Based in Hammersmith, you will work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that blends strategic consulting with experiential learning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategies and translate them into tailored leadership solutions.
• Identify and convert strategic business opportunities into sales through needs assessment, proposal development, and client communication.
• Design, develop and deliver custom learning experiences that can be scaled globally.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive programmes for diverse, international audiences.
• Lead internal project teams, mentor colleagues and manage multiple concurrent projects across industries.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to client sites and delivery locations.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing, developing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Proven business‑development track record with a consultative approach to client relationships.
• Experience working with large, multinational corporations.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop internal teams.
