Director of Marketing

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a strategic Director of Marketing to lead its marketing function, strengthen the brand, and drive measurable business growth. This senior leadership position works closely with sales, recruiting, operations and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the internal marketing team and manage external partners.
• Develop and execute advertising, digital, content and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Oversee website, social media, content strategy and digital initiatives.
• Use market research, analytics and performance data to improve results.
• Manage marketing technology, vendors, budgets and promotional programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting preferred.
• Proven ability to connect marketing strategy to business growth.

Required skills

• Experience with Bullhorn recruiting software.
• Digital marketing, branding, content creation and analytics expertise.
