Director of Operations – Hospitality Group

About the role

We are seeking a senior Operations Director to lead a fast‑growing hospitality and leisure group with 19 sites across the UK and further expansion planned. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the operational performance of the business and drive its strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational team across all existing sites and new openings.
• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to grow the customer base.
• Manage Area Managers and ensure consistent product quality and service standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity gains and profitability.
• Plan and execute the launch of new venues, targeting three additional sites next year.
• Monitor financial performance, targeting turnover above £50 million.

Required profile

• Current Operations Director or equivalent senior role in hospitality.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale operations with turnover >£50 million.
• Track record of opening new sites and leading area managers.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to treat the business as your own.
• Experience with a leading hospitality operator and branded concepts.
