Director of Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Director to own the technology strategy, product delivery and team development for a fast‑growing organisation. This senior role will shape the future direction of the business while ensuring high‑quality, secure and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a technology strategy aligned with commercial and customer objectives.
• Build, mentor and lead high‑performing software engineering teams.
• Drive software delivery, process improvement and adoption of modern development practices.
• Oversee architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, DevOps, cybersecurity and CI/CD pipelines.
• Represent technology with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Support investment planning, budgeting and governance of quality, compliance and risk.

Required profile

• Previous senior leadership experience as Technology Director, Head of Technology, CTO or similar.
• At least five years of experience in software development, delivery and team leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and scale engineering teams in complex environments.
