Director Product Management – AI-driven Fraud Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior product leader to head a team of product managers focused on innovative, AI‑driven fraud prevention solutions. You will shape the global product strategy for new account opening fraud detection, drive customer‑centric development, and deliver measurable business outcomes across a worldwide organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of product managers, providing clear direction and coaching.
• Drive customer discovery, product delivery, and the full development lifecycle, prioritising incremental value.
• Define and own the product suite strategy through market, customer and business insight analysis.
• Track product expenses, cost‑to‑revenue and profitability, ensuring strong ROI.
• Use data‑driven decision making to extract insights from large data sets and improve product development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Professional Services to align go‑to‑market activities.
• Measure portfolio success via KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Support a global organisation by working flexibly across time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting, leading and developing product teams with strong coaching abilities.
• Deep domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/ML.
• Strategic mindset with a data‑driven approach to product excellence.
