Dispatch Administrator – Shipping Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator to join our busy operations team in Crawley. You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and delivered on time, working closely with internal teams, couriers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Book same‑day and overnight courier services via phone and email.
• Manage the dispatch inbox, handling queries from customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with couriers for collections, deliveries and export documentation.
• Prepare and process worldwide shipment paperwork, including export documents.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, couriers and internal departments to guarantee timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with operations and sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MS Outlook or similar email clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
