Dispatch Administrator & Stores Operative

About the role

The Dispatch Administrator / Stores Person supports the sales and warehouse teams by ensuring timely dispatch of goods and maintaining accurate stock records. Working on‑site in Redhill, you will coordinate shipping activities, prepare documentation and help meet customer delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and book parcel and pallet deliveries for UK and international destinations via phone, email or courier portals.
• Create and maintain shipping documentation, packing lists, export paperwork and manual invoices for export orders.
• Generate barcode labels using Wasp Barcode software and provide shipping quotes and delivery updates to the sales team.
• Pick and pack customer orders, produce store identification labels and maintain accurate stock records through rolling stocktakes.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift trucks and pallet trucks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and assist with loading and unloading vehicles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in dispatch, warehouse or logistics roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
