Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on premium frames and lenses.
• Style patients with luxury eyewear suited to their personality.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure optimal fitting and comfort.
• Recommend lens options and optical solutions based on individual requirements.
• Perform adjustments, repairs and after‑care to the highest standard.
• Collaborate closely with the optometrist to deliver seamless patient care.
• Maintain the immaculate presentation of the boutique.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the patient experience.

Required profile

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Passion for premium eyewear and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with patients.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
