Dispute Resolution Lawyer

About the role

Our client is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy Dispute Resolution team in Margate. You will manage your own caseload while collaborating with senior colleagues on more complex matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues.
• Manage employment, probate, inheritance and contractual disputes.
• Deal with boundary, neighbour and general commercial litigation matters.
• Prepare and conduct court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Provide clear, client‑focused advice throughout the dispute lifecycle.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Up to five years post‑qualification experience managing a litigation caseload.
• Confident in handling court proceedings and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Empathetic, commercially aware and solutions‑focused.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from GBP 40,000 to GBP 70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Permanent full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm.
• Hybrid working with flexible hours.
• Relocation support available.
