Dispute Resolution / Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ‑3 PQE)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Dispute Resolution/Litigation Associate Solicitor (NQ‑3 years PQE) to join our forward‑thinking law firm. The role offers a varied civil and commercial caseload across property, corporate, employment and intellectual‑property disputes, with flexible working options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own civil and commercial dispute resolution caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Represent clients in County Court and High Court proceedings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, commercial advice.
• Supervise and delegate work to trainees and paralegals where appropriate.
• Collaborate with senior dispute resolution solicitors and consultant solicitors.
• Support business development through marketing, networking and introductory video calls.
• Utilise AI tools and legal technology in day‑to‑day practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Commercially minded with a strong client‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to develop client relationships and contribute to firm growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled legal technology tools.

What we offer

• Salary £40,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
• Bonus of 20% on billings above £180,000 and 15% commission on new work introduced.
