Dispute Resolution Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our growing litigation team in Plymouth. You will work on a broad range of high‑quality disputes, benefiting from a supportive, forward‑thinking environment that encourages genuine career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, with senior support as needed.
• Advise clients on commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious probate, construction disputes and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Represent clients in County Court and High Court proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on multi‑disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to business development, networking and the growth of the Dispute Resolution team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality legal advice.
