Document Controller – £25m Healthcare Build

About the role
We are delivering a £25 million new‑build healthcare facility in Ashford, Kent, with works scheduled through 2029. The Document Controller will be the central hub for all project documentation, ensuring that the commercial and site teams have the right information at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Control the flow of technical drawings, compliance documents and site correspondence.
- Maintain up‑to‑date document registers and ensure proper version control.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and monitor receipt acknowledgements.
- Support audits and ensure documentation meets contractual and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector, preferably on healthcare or large‑scale projects.
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to record‑keeping.
Required skills
- Experience with document control software such as Viewpoint/4Projects, Asite or Aconex.
- Competence in handling technical drawings and compliance documentation.
