About the role

We are partnering with a reputable law firm that needs additional paralegals to support an ongoing document review project. The role is project‑based and requires immediate availability to join the team and contribute to the review process over the next several months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough review, analysis, and categorisation of legal documents.
• Identify relevant information, flag privileged material, and apply review protocols.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed logs of reviewed documents and track project milestones.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data‑security standards throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Prior experience on a document‑review project in a legal environment.
• Ability to start within one week of offer.
• Commitment to remain available for the duration of the project (several months).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
