Domestic & Commercial Heating Installation Engineer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing family‑run heating company serving Hertfordshire and London. You will install and commission domestic and commercial heating and air‑conditioning systems across a variety of client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install domestic and commercial heating systems, including all associated pipework, without working on construction sites.
• Service a range of customers such as care homes, churches, NHS facilities and private residences.
• Cover North West London, North East London, South Hertfordshire and occasional jobs in Essex or West London.

Required profile

• Resident in or near North West London, North East London or South Hertfordshire.
• Hold valid domestic and commercial gas certificates, UP1A and UP1B.
• Demonstrate top‑tier pipe‑work skills and basic electrical ability for control wiring.
• Can‑do attitude, looking for a long‑term position with progression.
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Required skills

• Domestic and commercial gas certification.
• UP1A and UP1B certifications.
• Advanced pipe‑work installation.
• Basic electrical wiring for heating controls.
• Experience installing heating systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Salary between £48,000‑£53,000 per year, dependent on experience.
