Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk to join our growing Greenwich team in London. This full‑time, employed position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality inventory services for residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out property inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs and inspections.
• Produce accurate, detailed reports using company digital systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, letting agents and homeowners.
• Manage daily schedule and travel between appointments.
• Submit reports within required timescales.
• When qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, complete Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using mobile devices and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience in inventory clerking, real estate, property management, lettings, inspections, compliance or facilities management.
