About the role
The Domestic Manager will lead the domestic cleaning operations at a busy healthcare site in Romford, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across all patient areas.
- Minimise the risk of healthcare‑associated infections through rigorous cleaning protocols.
- Deliver domestic cleaning services that meet contractual KPIs and comply with Trust policies.
- Oversee cleaning teams, schedule work and monitor performance.
- Ensure adherence to National Cleaning Standards and other regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing cleaning teams.
- Background in multi‑site operations, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with National Cleaning Standards and Trust procedures.
