About the role
We are seeking a motivated Domestic Support Worker to join the Unst Health Centre team, providing essential cleaning and hygiene services to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Clean clinics, treatment rooms, reception areas, and public spaces.
- Hoover and mop floors, clean toilets and waste bins.
- Perform general cleaning duties and empty waste containers.
- Support additional facilities tasks such as laundry or catering when required.
Required profile
- Good basic education and communication skills.
- Positive, flexible attitude and commitment to the role.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete training and induction.

What we offer
- Band 2 salary range £26,696‑£28,988 pro‑rated per annum plus Distant Island Allowance.
