Domiciliary Care Assistant

About the role

Robin Home Care is seeking compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to clients in the Ealing area. You will work directly in clients' homes, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing while delivering a safe and caring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and continence management.
• Support medication administration and monitor health‑related needs.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and ensure a tidy living space.
• Provide companionship and encourage social interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Right to live and work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Resident of the London Borough of Ealing or surrounding area.
• Female candidates preferred due to client preferences.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekdays and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of personal care and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow care plans and medication guidelines.
• Good communication and record‑keeping abilities.
