Domiciliary Care Assistant – Redhill

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing team in Redhill, East Sussex. This role supports clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity while receiving high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and continence support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and use safe moving‑and‑handling techniques.
• Support medication administration in line with care plans and record keeping.
• Help with daily living tasks such as shopping, collecting prescriptions and attending appointments.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and reduce social isolation.
• Observe and report changes in physical or emotional wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records.
• Follow safeguarding, health‑and‑safety, infection‑control and confidentiality policies.
