Domiciliary Care Manager – Branch Lead

About the role
This senior Domiciliary Care Manager role leads the flagship branch of a respected private home‑care provider in Kent. You will be responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality care while driving sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the branch.
- Maintain full CQC compliance and oversee inspection processes.
- Lead, develop and support office and care teams.
- Ensure consistently high standards of care delivery and governance.
- Grow care hours in an ethical, sustainable manner.
- Manage private care packages and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Monitor branch performance, quality and profitability.
- Participate in the branch on‑call rota.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager in domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
- Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of service growth.
- Experience in private‑pay home care (highly advantageous).
- Level 5 qualification desirable or willingness to work towards it.
- Resilient, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Required skills

- Up to £43,500 basic salary (DOE).
- Bonus potential of up to £12,000 per annum.
