Domiciliary Care Worker – Band 2/3

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high‑quality home‑based support to clients across London and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Support medication prompts or administration as required.
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and help with mobility and transfers.
• Carry out light household duties including cleaning and shopping.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care setting (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
