Domiciliary Care Worker - Full Training Provided

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our domiciliary care team. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing while receiving full training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting
• Provide medication prompts and support
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support mobility, transfers and light household duties
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns
• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred)
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle
