Domiciliary Care Worker – Mileage Paid

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Workers. You will support clients in their own homes across London and surrounding areas, helping them maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing while being reimbursed for mileage.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Provide medication prompts or administration as required.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and encourage social interaction.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and light household duties including cleaning and shopping.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
