About the role
We are looking for an experienced operational leader to take full ownership of our fast‑moving drainage division. You will manage engineers, supervisors and coordinators while strengthening systems, processes and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage field‑based drainage teams, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency.
- Oversee end‑to‑end job workflows from initial enquiry through to completion and reporting.
- Support recruitment, training and development to grow the team.
- Ensure high standards in health & safety, compliance and reporting.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading teams in drainage, construction, facilities or maintenance environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of drainage systems, surveys, repairs and associated services.
- Proven ability to manage reactive and planned works effectively.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance service delivery and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership presence.
