Drama Teacher – KS3/4

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Drama Teacher to deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 lessons in a supportive school environment. You will inspire confidence, creativity and communication skills while contributing to a vibrant performing‑arts programme.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic Drama lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Foster creativity, performance techniques and teamwork among students.
• Prepare pupils for assessments, productions and showcases.
• Organise and support extracurricular activities such as school productions, clubs and performances.
• Contribute to students’ personal development and confidence building.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong subject knowledge in Drama/Performing Arts.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and creative approach to teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to raising achievement for all learners.
