Driver – 30 hrs/week, Warrington

About the role

Join GFS, part of International Logistics Group, as a Driver based in Warrington. Working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will support e‑commerce deliveries by collecting and delivering freight while upholding high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect parcels from customers and deliver them to the Warrington depot.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring correct handling.
• Perform daily vehicle checks (tyres, lights, fluid levels) and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Communicate delivery updates proactively to customers.
• Report any delays, issues, or customer concerns to the Operations Supervisor.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as unloading incoming deliveries.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, representing the company’s brand values.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence suitable for the company vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in a workplace.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated team player with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Calm, organised approach with solid problem‑solving skills.
