Driver – Hardcrete Division (Luton)

About the role

Breedon Group plc is seeking a Driver to support its Hardcrete business at the Luton Concrete Plant in Bedfordshire. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be the face of the company, delivering concrete products safely and efficiently to local customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Hardcrete products to customers across the local area, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Liaise daily with the Distribution team and use local knowledge to optimise routes.
• Represent the company positively, providing excellent customer service and occasional assistance with product handling.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to the Transport Manager.

Required profile

• Valid HGV Class 2 / Class C licence.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, with occasional later finishes and Saturday mornings.
